Main Description
These Carmel Partners projects are things I did while working as a designer at an Agency. Carmel is a privately owned real estate investment manager with a legacy of relentless focus on U.S. multifamily investment expertise and value creation. I worked on two projects for Carmel Video Portal on their website and the Build-To-Core Open-End Real Estate Fund Report.
Carmel recorded their conference which included speeches by their CEO and other c-suite executives. I designed a place for all these videos to live and be played like an internal YouTube.
The Carmel Report was designed after their video page. The report talked about how they were investing in the housing market along with projects. I created the covers and laid out the document while my teammates handled some of the info-graphics. The blueprint graphic I used for the covers of their video is the cover of the report. This allowed me to tie everything together cohesively.

The business problem
Why it was a problem, to begin with.
The video portal went through a few different iterations of revisions. Which revolved around Carmel executives not liking how the video presenter's face looked with text on top of it. In hindsight, I should have come up with a treatment that showed the presenter as a thumbnail and had a more generic cover.
Reviewing the report the only thing that jumps out at me is the font is small. It could benefit from upping the point size 2 or 3 points to make it more legible. I know people who are up in age would have a hard time reading it.
